Seemingly exciting events are presented in a very calm and relaxed fashion. Join your slightly bored hosts as they discuss the somewhat perplexing disconnect between important character arc moments and early season one hope for the crew getting home and the very low-energy way this story was told. We also ruminate on the fact that we still very much enjoyed watching this episode despite many critiques. Is it nostalgia? Are we old and sad? Listen and make your judgment! Oh, and of course another great entry in our weekly game of "Where The Hell Have I Heard That Before?" and Dan provides new information about how he organizes his sounds and what makes this episode of Voyager so different from any we've done before!
Spoiler warning! We dive right into a detail-rich discussion of this episode of Star Trek: Voyager, so if you haven’t had a chance to see it yet – beware!
Next week: We continue the "first season of Trek" vibe by discussing Star Trek: Enterprise's "Vox Sola"
Note that this and all episodes of the It’s Got Star Trek podcast contain explicit language and, frankly, an unnecessary amount of offensive content, so the show is intended only for adults and really really cool kids.
